Yep..I perfectly know why you are here..You wish to recharge your phone for free, probably just for funs sake or just cuz you are dying to talk with your girlfriend but dont have balance for it..or you are just here to do it for educational purposes, which is a pretty lame excuse but I can digest that. Anyways..here we go..

What you need ?

• Email ID
• Cellphone
• A registered number & sim
• Patience

How to Do it ?

open your email account by entering your username & password, & drop an email to your telecom service provider -

Dear Sir/Madam/Whatever

I would like to bring to your attention that I have been trying to learn how to recharge my cellphone account for free by searching on the internet but in vain. I am very hopeful that I would be able to find an authentic way to top up my account for free one day.

I have this funny feeling that you organization is a silly company who will allow me do unlimited top ups on my account.

Anyhow, I am a good guy and would resort to extreme ways, rather I humbly request you to provide me the recharge code of atleast 5000 INR.

Thanks for your cooperation.

Regards

Your biggest Fan :)

9XXXXXXXXX

That was easy…isnt it ?

Just Kidding folks..I was having some harmless fun at your expense.

How actually you can Recharge your cellphone / top up for free ?

Open Notepad & type

I am fooling around with this article thats making a fool of me :)

WTF ?

Still reading ? Ah well..Sorry once again guys..Actually, what I was thinking that upto this point, any self respecting noob might have closed the browser window and moved on to a different page.

I wrote this article as I was inspired by the fake recharge/top up code calculator programs scattered all over the internet. Especially this one in which a hex editor is provided to the unassuming audience in order to increase blog SEO.Great..now on to the actual topic, you CAN have free calls, unlimited SMS & every other facility for your cellphone. You need to have (Cheap method) -

• Asterisk SwitchVOX
• SIP connection (Session Initiation Protocol)
• Knowledge of Linux + Servers
• Lots of time

OR

You can have

• Lots of Money
• MINSAT (Mobile Intelligent Network Service Administration Tool)
• Internet connection
• Lots of knowledge + time (again!!)

Due to some constant bullying by legal guys, I cant really publish the full method to go with recharges, but atleast I can give cues :D

The Intelligent will find the way..

like this post ? you can buy me a beer :)

Good On EFF At The 2016 Apple Stockholders Meeting!

. . . We’ve long warned that the FBI seeks to undermine the security for technology users, and have been warning that a showdown like this one was coming. Make no mistake, all of us have our security at stake here. There is no reliable way to build a pathway to undermine Apple’s security that will only let in good guys. And once it has built this path, there is no way that the law will limit Apple to using it on a single phone. Neither the technology nor the law supports this. As security expert Bruce Schneier said, either we all have security or none of us does.

So its gratifying to see Apple take this stand to protect the security and privacy of its customers. We are supporting Apple publicly and will be filing a friend of the court brief siding with them because it’s wrong for the government to conscript Apple or any company or coder to write and certify brand new code that they believe, rightly, will undermine security features that protect us all.

This is about all of our safety and resisting government overreach. These are hard battles to fight—we know, we’ve been fighting them for many years. We’re proud of Apple for supporting strong encryption, which at its heart is supporting civil liberties. And we’re proud to stand with them on this fight.

- Cindy Cohn, Executive Director of the Electronic Frontier Foundation

When Cindy Cohn, executive director of the Electronic Frontier Foundation, rose during the meeting at Apple headquarters in Cupertino, California, to praise the company, her words sparked a long round of applause from the audience, including Cook on stage.

Google Desktop on Ubuntu Linux 7 04

You have lots of information on your computer, and you see a lot more on the web. With Google Desktop, whenever you look at a web page, read an email or edit a file, Desktop indexes that item and copies its contents into your local cache, so you can quickly and easily find all this stuff right when you need it.

database , the indexing take advantage of free CPU resources during time computer is idle and once entire indexing is over the Google Desktop only adds new information to its database as you use your computer .

Installing Google Desktop on Ubuntu 7.04

To install Google Desktop on Ubuntu 7.04 Follow these steps : -

Open Terminal from (Applications -> Accessories -> Terminal ) now type the following command in the terminal window : -

wget http://dl.google.com/linux/google-repo-setup.sh

and

sudo bash google-repo-setup.sh

Now after completing above steps to install Google Desktop Search type the following command in the terminal window : -

sudo apt-get update

and

sudo apt-get install google-desktop-linux

After completing above step logout of gnome session and relogin you would find the following dialog window

Overall Google Desktop is a very powerful search tool that makes Linux desktop experience much better for new Linux users . It has distinct advantage over tools like Beagle being bit faster and more stable 1.0 release, also it integrates well with their search engine making it even more user friendly . Getting Sound to work on your Ubuntu 7 10 installation on Lenovo Y410 Series laptop

Getting Sound to work on your Ubuntu 7.10 installation on Lenovo Y410 Series laptop

Important : If you are using Ubuntu 8.04 Hardy Heron you dont need to download/compile alsa , in that case following this step only should work :

add the following line at the bottom of file (/etc/modprobe.d/alsa-base) maybe using gedit (sudo gedit /etc/modprobe.d/alsa-base )

options snd-hda-intel index=0 model=fujitsu

Recently i managed to replace my old IBM Thinkpad Laptop with Lenovo Y410 series laptop , now i never had any kind of hardware related problem on my old Thinkpad . But sadly after installing Ubuntu 7.10 , Fedora Core 8 on my Lenovo laptop i was terribbly disappointed to find my audio hardware not working . So well my search began searching all kind of forums for my problem and finally i found following the steps below made my audio hardware work : -

1. Enabling Repositories

Now many applications need additional repositories to be installed or some to be enabled in Synaptic package manager so before trying out steps given below ensure that repositories in order.

Launch Synaptic Package Manager (System -> Administration -> Synaptic Package Manager ) , then in Synaptic package manager go to (Settings -> Repositories ) you will find window like this . Ensure that all the check boxes are marked leaving source code(if you want to you can enable this also but you are not going to need this unless you are software developer) the dialog box should look like this .

Dialog Box showing the repositories that should be enabled

After completing above step you will find a dialog box like this

After completing above step type in the following command in the terminal window : -

sudo apt-get install build-essential

and

sudo apt-get install po-debconf

and

sudo apt-get install debhelper

and

sudo apt-get install quilt

and

sudo apt-get install libc6-dev

After completing above steps we need to download the updated alsa-driver and compile and install it .

Type the following command in the terminal window chdir into your home directory and being the superuser( su ): -

wget ftp://ftp.alsa-project.org/pub/driver/alsa-driver-1.0.15.tar.bz2

and

tar -xvjf alsa-driver-1.0.15.tar.bz2

and

cd alsa-driver-1.0.15

and type the following command :

./configure
make
make install

and the following command in the terminal window

rm /lib/modules/2.6.22-14-generic/ubuntu/media/snd-hda-intel/snd-hda-intel.ko

and

ln -s /lib/modules/2.6.22-14-generic/kernel/sound/pci/hda/snd-hda-intel.ko /lib/modules/2.6.22-14-generic/ubuntu/media/snd-hda-intel/snd-hda-intel.ko

and add the following line at the bottom of file (/etc/modprobe.d/alsa-base) maybe using gedit (sudo gedit /etc/modprobe.d/alsa-base )

options snd-hda-intel index=0 model=fujitsu

also add the following lines at end of /etc/modules (sudo gedit /etc/modules)

snd-hwdep
snd-hda-intel

After completing above steps restart computer , and hopefully sound would be working though there are still some unresolved issue because of which sound works through laptop speakers only and not through line-out , but still its better than not being able to play sound .

Good storytelling isnt limited to simplified representations of reality more ideas from a Polis2016 session on Reporting Refugees

Last Thursday I attended the #Polis2016 conference at LSE, London UK.   This post is about some of the ideas that came out from a session on Reporting Refugees.

1) Victims or heroes - There was quite a lot of discussion about how sometimes the stories journalists present about refugees frame them as being helpless and needy victims.  But a cursory reflection on the determination needed for a refugee to start and continue on their journey indicates the exact opposite.

Cristina Matamoros ?@cr07cristina 1 day ago

Saanya Gulati ?@BombayDelhiGirl

#Polis2016: @RossalynWarren says we need to move beyond the paradigm of victims & portray refugees as survivors. #RefugeeCrisis

2) Shying away from topics society is uncomfortable with Several of the panellists pointed out the following

Suna Yokes ?@sunathanlater  1 day ago

After @jonsnowC4s intro the panel discuss how mental health issues are unrepresented in refugee reports #Polis2016

So I guess a lesson from these points is:

3) Do the public only want the simplified 3 minute summary? Some of the panels discussion was about how the roots of the refugee situation went back a fair way in time and were complicated. Similarly trying to simplify descriptions of what is happening now to fit "3 minute" slots for TV could present a cartoon like depiction of reality.

Saanya Gulati ?@BombayDelhiGirl

"We [the media] tend to compartmentalise issues such as ISIS, #Syria & the #RefugeeCrisis." - @clarissaward at #Polis2016

Hesham Zakai ?@HeshamZakai

La Stampa’s @annamasera says need to focus on high explanations (data, context, examination) not just high resolutions (photos) #Polis2016

Of course sometimes online can lend itself to more long form reporting. But even with short form .....

Polis@LSE ?@PolisLSE

.@ClarissaWard: Good storytelling is good storytelling. It doesnt matter what language is spoken or God is prayed to. #Polis2016

Charlotte Beale ?@CharlotteAGB

.@clarissaward calls out journalists hubris "Im going to make the world a better place" just keep your head down, do good work #Polis2016

And some felt the public actually has an appetite for nuance

silviou ?@Silviou

There is a hunger for good neutral nuanced reporting @clarissaward #Polis2016

So a lesson from these points might be:

SUdah tau permasalahan Notifikasi "Bluetooth is currently turned off. Please turn on." Ternyata GarminXT tidak bisa di instal pada memory MASSA di Nokia N97,mesti di instal pada external memory.
Ini langkah yg saya lakukan
1.Instal GarminXT (seperti tutorial kang sephet)
2.Buka GarminXT lihat Card ID,catat.(Penting)
3.Jalankan Keygen Masukan Card ID klik generate Copy unlock code>buka notepad>CTR+V>save as>rename .txt ke sw.unl.
4.Copy file sw.unl ke external memory polder Garmin.Masukan kembali memory ke ponsel.
5.Buka menu diponsel>aplikasi>kantor>Mjr file>Kartu Memory F>Garmin Cari file sw.unl,TERNYATA FILE INI KEMBALI BERUBAH EXTENSION MENJADI sw.unl.txt.

post 2 :
Mungkin proses unlockmapnya yg kurang sempurna, coba check file gmappron.unl diponsel (langsung diponsel jgn lewat kompi) perhatikan ektensinya harus "gmapprom.unl" kadang kalau dibuka lewat ponsel ektensinya menjadi"gmapprom.unl.txt" rename saja ".txt"nya dgn cara menghapus
Mudah-mudahan membantu

post 3 :
pada hp symbian kalau gambar petanya ga muncul berarti mapnya belum di unlock, perhatikan tutorial no.5 cara unlock map.

post 4 :
kalau tampilan peta ga muncul,yg saya alami kesalahan pada proses unlock mapnya pada ektensi GMAPPROM.UNL
setelah kita generate dgn GARMIN UNLOCK GENERATOR copy code software unlocknya trus buka notepad klik CTRL+C lalu klik tulisan FILE yg dibagian atas notepad klik lagi SAVE AS yg muncul dibawahnya pada page SAVE AS dibagian bawah ada tulisan FILE NAME ketik disitu "GMAPPROM.UNL" dibawahnya ada tulisan SAVE AS TYPE yg tulisannya TEXT DOCUMET (*.TXT)ganti jadi ALL FILES masukin ke poder garmin. Kalau kurang yakin, lepasin dari kompi buka manager file di hp cari polder GARMIN periksa tuh file "GMAPPROM.UNL"yg kita bikin tadi kalau tulisannya masih "GMAPPROM.UNL" berarti unlock mapnya sudah berhasil, kalau tulisannya "GMAPPROM.UNL.TXT" hapus aja tulisan .TXT-nya (rename lewat hp aja) . Mudah mudahan berhasil ya...

post 5 :
bantuin ya mas sephet, link suara pemandu indonesia ( baca dulu file readme.txt setelah di unrar) http://www.4shared.com/file/3RYQh6fG/Garmin_Voice_Indonesia.htm?aff=7637829

post 6 :
